  • your appointments are important to us, they’re reserved especially for you!  our studio takes pride in offering exceptional services to our guests.

    we are a small, independently-owned studio that is greatly impacted by avoidable inconveniences, we understand that sometimes scheduling conflicts may arise, & ask that 48-hours notice is given for all appointments that need to be cancelled or rescheduled.

    cancellations

    cancelling or rescheduling your appointment with less than 48-hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of your scheduled service.

    cancelling or rescheduling your appointment with less than 24-hours notice will incur a fee of 100% of your scheduled service.

    cancellations due to illness: all policies apply. no exceptions

    no-shows

    failure to show to your appointment for any reason will incur a fee of 100% of your scheduled service.

    this will affect your ability to schedule future appointments with us.

    lateness

    if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we may need to reschedule to accommodate the appointments following you. fees apply for repeat offenses.
